Piper Perabo is engaged to Stephen Kay, according to a new report.

“They’re very happy,” a source who knows the couple says of the Covert Affairs star and Kay, a director and producer who works on the hit USA  series.

New Zealand-born Kay, who previously worked as an actor on shows like Party of Five and General Hospital, is also a co-executive producer of the show.

Covert Affairs Season 4 resumes October 17 after a four-week hiatus.
